MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
If your order arrives damaged, please write to us directly using our CONTACT FORM and send us photos, damaged report and damaged goods. Of course, in this case we will cover the shipping costs and we will send you a new product upon receipt.
HOW LONG DOES MY SHIPPING TAKE?
Your order will arrive within 5 to 7 days, including preparation time. Please note that we can only begin our preparation after receiving the transfer.
WILL I GET A REFUND DURING THE REVOCATION, IF THE SECURITY TAG WAS REMOVED?
Our security label gives us the warrant that our products will be returned new and unwarn. We are a small business and cannot accept returns on worn products. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we are not able to take the products back if the security label is damaged.
ARE THE PRODUCTS ALLERGY-FREE?
We only use high-quality 304 and 316 stainless steel for our jewellery. While these materials are generally hypoallergenic, some people with severe allergies may still experience irritation. We therefore ask you to make your own decision.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOR, CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEMS?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which you can also use for an exchange. In this case you have to pay the shipping costs yourself. Alternatively, you can come to our next scheduled markets and exchange your order (within the 14-day right of withdrawal).
CAN I BUY A VOUCHER GIFT CARD FROM YOU?
Not at the moment, but we are working on it!
HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU FOR COLLABORATION?
It is best to send us an email with your ideas for collaboration and we can discuss further details together. We have a separate contact form on our B2B page with more informations.
ITEMS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
Please write to us directly using our contact form and describe what you are missing. We will take care of it immediately and after our inspection you will of course receive the missing items.
CAN I ADJUST OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your request reaches us, as long as the items have not left our warehouse, we are looking forward to help you with your enquiry.
Unfortunately, once the items have left our warehouse, we are not able to cancel the delivery.
IS THERE ANY KIND OF GUARANTEE?
If our jewellery is used, there is no warranty.
CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT IN A COLOR OR SIZE THAT IS NOT FOR SALE?
We do not make products on demand, but you can enroll in one of our WORKSHOPS and design your own unique piece or let us know your thoughts and desires via our CONTACT FORM.
